CIS currently only supports python 2.7, so be sure to install that version of Anaconda. I've updated the installation instructions to make that a bit clearer!
Is this still the case? I have just installed the python 3.5 version because there was no information about which to choose so I just chose the newest! I was following the instructions on http://www.cistools.net/get-started#installation
No - CIS now supports Python 2.7 or 3.4+. The documents were updated but this old post still remains - I'll try and archive it to avoid confustion, thanks for pointing it out!
